Networkr Mastermind Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Networkr Inc, hereinafter referred to as "Networkr Mastermind" and the undersigned member ("Member") as of the date of acceptance of membership.

1. Membership

1.1. Membership Duration: The membership period shall commence on the date of acceptance by Networkr Mastermind and shall continue for a duration of 6 months. After the initial 6-month period, the membership shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. Membership Benefits: Networkr Mastermind agrees to provide the Member with access to networking events, online resources, expert sessions, and other benefits as described on the Networkr Mastermind website or as communicated by Networkr Mastermind from time to time.

2. Membership Fees

2.1. Initial Membership Fee: The Member agrees to pay the membership fee as specified on the Networkr Mastermind website or as communicated by Networkr Mastermind for the initial 6-month membership period. Membership fees are non-refundable.

2.2. Renewal Membership Fees: After the initial 6-month period, the membership fee shall be payable monthly in advance at the rate specified on the Networkr Mastermind website or as communicated by Networkr Mastermind.

3. Member Obligations

3.1. Conduct: The Member agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all Networkr Mastermind events and interactions, and to contribute positively to the group.

3.2. Participation: The Member agrees to actively participate in Networkr Mastermind events and discussions, and to share their expertise and experiences with other members.

4. Chargeback and Penalty Clause
4.1 Prohibition of Chargebacks:

The Member agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or reversals of payment through their credit card company or banking institution for services rendered under this Agreement without first contacting Networkr Mastermind to resolve any issues or disputes. The Member understands that chargebacks disrupt the normal operating procedures and can be costly.

4.2 Penalty for Unjustified Chargebacks:

In the event that the Member initiates a chargeback without proper justification, and Networkr Mastermind prevails in the dispute with the credit card company or banking institution, the Member agrees to pay a penalty fee equal to three times the total fee of the Agreement in question, in addition to any fees incurred by Networkr Mastermind for responding to and contesting the chargeback.

4.3 Legal Action for Recovery:

If the Member initiates an unjustified chargeback and Networkr Mastermind incurs costs as a result, Networkr Mastermind reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to recover the Agreement fees, the penalty fee, and any associated legal costs. The Member agrees to pay all costs incurred by Networkr Mastermind in pursuing such legal action.

4.4 Reporting to Credit Bureaus:

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Networkr Mastermind reserves the right to report the debt to credit reporting agencies, which may negatively affect the Client’s credit rating.

4.5. Good Faith Resolution:

Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback. Networkr Mastermind is committed to providing quality services and addressing any concerns or issues that the Member may have.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination: This Agreement shall terminate automatically at the end of the 6-month membership period. Afterwards this agreement will continue month to month until either party terminates this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination shall be effective 30 days after the receipt of such notice.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

6.2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah.

7. Agreement

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
